Education Slot: Cancelled
Our planned education slot on the value of internal referrals had to be cancelled as the speaker, Phil, was unwell. However, we made excellent use of the time by inviting visitors for next week’s meeting. This aligns with our commitment to expanding our network and fostering new business relationships.
Best 60s presentation: Steve Jebson - Mid-year check-ins
Steve Jebson delivered the standout 60-second presentation this week, earning himself next week’s two-minute slot. Steve’s presentation focused on the importance of mid-year check-ins to review the goals set at the beginning of the year. He emphasized how these check-ins can help keep us on track and make necessary adjustments to achieve our objectives.
June group stats
Our group’s statistics for June are a testament to our collective efforts. With a large uptake in internal referrals up to a total of 76 bringing custom to our members and an even larger increase in resulting business up to over £170,000.
Final Thoughts
Don’t forget, we have the Mogstock festival coming up! This was the final week to bring a bottle for the “Barrow of Booze” competition. Let’s all contribute and make this social event a memorable one.
This meeting was a great mix of strategic insights, practical advice, and community spirit. Remember to invite visitors for our next meeting and join us in making every interaction meaningful and productive. Let’s continue to support each other and strive for excellence in our businesses.
See you next week for another engaging session at BNI Surrey Hills!
